A selection of artworks from the City Collection, acquired by the Shoalhaven Arts Board over the past seven years. The City Collection includes paintings, drawings, prints, photographs and sculpture. Featured in this group of works to be displayed are a number of eminent Australian artists including Arthur Boyd, Max Dupain and William Robinson.

Something to Show | Sharon O’Leary
An exhibition celebrating the natural world of flowers, fruit and landscapes in acrylics and mixed media. This is the first solo exhibition for this emerging artist and was inspired by the success of her work “Arum Lillies” which won best acrylic painting in the 2006 Shoalhaven Arts Society Open Art Competition.

Art from Life | Berry Life Drawing
Drawings, paintings, prints, photographs and sculpture inspired by models posing for the Berry Life Drawing Group. Exhibiting artists are Kim Dove, Barbara Farnham, Robyn Gibson, Rosine Grosmougin, Chere Le Page, June Morley, John Rafter, Reuben Rattray, Bett Wilson. All artists share a passion and appreciation of the human form, the exhibition celebrates the beauty of the figurative.

The theme for 2008 is ‘Healing Relationships’
